About the Service
What exactly do I get for my money? +
Every package includes a fully custom-designed website built specifically for your industry, domain registration, hosting for 12 months, delivery within 5 working days and automated weekly server backups — all at no additional cost. No templates, no page builders — a real website, built from scratch.
Is the domain mine? +
Yes. The domain is registered in your name and remains yours. If you choose not to renew through us, you can transfer it to any provider at any time.
What hosting do you use? +
We use reliable EU-based hosting infrastructure. Your website is hosted on dedicated resources — not shared budget servers. Automated backups run every 7 days.
Can I move my website to another provider? +
Yes. You own your website files. At the end of any contract period you may request a full handover of all files at no additional cost.
The Process
When does the 5-day delivery clock start? +
The 5 working days begin from the moment we receive both full payment and all required materials — logo, text content, images and specific instructions. Delays in providing materials will extend the delivery timeline accordingly.
What do I need to provide? +
Your business name, logo, a short description of your services, photos and contact details. We will guide you through exactly what we need after you place your order.
Can I request changes after delivery? +
Minor corrections — text edits, image replacements, contact detail updates — are included within 7 calendar days of delivery. Structural or design changes beyond the original scope are quoted separately.
What languages can my website be in? +
Any language you need. We deliver websites in English by default. Additional language versions are available as a separate service.
Payment
How can I pay? +
We accept SEPA bank transfer, IBAN transfer, Revolut, PayPal and card payments including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported by the payment provider. All bank charges, currency conversion costs and platform fees are the responsibility of the client.
Do I get an official invoice? +
Yes. D&L Project56 EOOD is an EU-registered company (Bulgaria, EIK 208418815, VAT BG208418815). A formal invoice is issued for every project, compliant with EU regulations.
Is VAT included in the price? +
Prices are listed exclusive of VAT. VAT is applied in accordance with EU regulations. Reverse charge may apply to EU VAT-registered businesses outside Bulgaria. Please inform us when placing your order if a VAT invoice is required.
What happens if I don't renew after 12 months? +
We will notify you at least 14 days before your renewal date. If you choose not to renew, your website and domain will be suspended. You may request a full file handover before suspension at no additional cost. Please note that failure to renew on time may result in permanent domain loss for which D&L Project56 EOOD accepts no liability.
Technical
Will my website work on mobile? +
Yes. Every website we build is mobile-first — designed and tested for phones, tablets and desktops.
Can I add more pages later? +
Yes. Any additions beyond the original package are quoted separately based on your requirements.
Who updates the website content after delivery? +
Content updates after the 7-day correction window are available as a separate service. We will provide a quote based on the scope of work required.
