D&L Project56 EOOD is a company registered in the European Union (Bulgaria, EIK 208418815, VAT BG208418815), providing web design and related digital services to businesses across the EU and internationally.
We provide custom website design, domain registration, web hosting and related digital services as described in the selected package at the time of order. All work is performed to the specifications agreed upon in the Service Agreement.
3.1 The delivery period of 5 working days begins once full payment and all required materials have been received by D&L Project56 EOOD. Required materials include but are not limited to: business name, logo, service descriptions, images and contact information.
3.2 Delays caused by late submission of materials by the client will extend the delivery timeline proportionally. D&L Project56 EOOD accepts no liability for delays arising from the client's failure to provide materials in a timely manner.
3.3 D&L Project56 EOOD will notify the client upon completion and provide access to the finished website for review.
4.1 Following delivery, the client has 7 calendar days to request minor corrections.
4.2 Minor corrections include: text edits, image replacements, contact detail updates and minor layout adjustments.
4.3 Minor corrections do not include: structural changes, redesign, additional pages, new sections or any changes to the original agreed scope.
4.4 Any work outside the correction window or beyond the definition of minor corrections is subject to separate quotation and agreement.
5.1 All packages include domain registration and web hosting for a period of 12 months (365 days) from the date of website launch.
5.2 Automated server backups are performed every 7 days at no additional cost.
5.3 The domain is registered in the client's name and remains the property of the client at all times.
5.4 Upon expiry of the 12-month period, services may be renewed for €70 per year, which includes domain renewal and continued hosting.
5.5 D&L Project56 EOOD will notify the client no less than 14 days prior to the renewal date.
5.6 Failure to renew will result in suspension of the website and domain. The client may request a full file handover before suspension at no additional cost.
5.7 Failure to receive renewal payment before the expiration date may result in permanent domain loss. D&L Project56 EOOD accepts no liability for domain loss resulting from the client's failure to renew on time.
5.8 D&L Project56 EOOD is not responsible for downtime, outages or technical issues caused by third-party hosting providers, domain registrars or infrastructure partners.
6.1 The client is responsible for providing accurate, complete and lawful content including text, images and any other materials submitted for use on the website.
6.2 The client warrants that all submitted materials are owned by the client or that the client holds the necessary rights and licences to use them.
6.3 D&L Project56 EOOD accepts no liability for any content provided by the client.
7.1 All prices are listed in EUR and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
7.2 VAT is applied in accordance with EU VAT regulations. Reverse charge may apply to EU VAT-registered businesses outside Bulgaria.
7.3 We accept: SEPA bank transfer, IBAN transfer, Revolut, PayPal and card payments including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported by the payment provider.
7.4 All payments must be received in full. Any bank charges, currency conversion costs or payment platform fees are the sole responsibility of the client.
7.5 Work will commence upon receipt of full payment and all required client materials.
8.1 Due to the custom nature of digital services, payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. The client acknowledges that digital services are custom-made and not subject to standard consumer withdrawal rights under EU distance selling regulations.
8.2 Work is considered commenced upon receipt of both full payment and client materials.
8.3 If the client cancels before submitting any materials, a refund may be issued minus any administrative costs incurred.
8.4 If D&L Project56 EOOD is unable to deliver the agreed service, a full refund will be issued.
9.1 Upon full payment, the client receives full usage rights to the delivered website and all associated files specific to their project.
9.2 D&L Project56 EOOD retains ownership of any proprietary tools, frameworks or code libraries used in development that are not specific to the client's project.
9.3 D&L Project56 EOOD retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
10.1 D&L Project56 EOOD is not liable for any loss of revenue, loss of data or any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the delivered website.
10.2 Our total liability in any circumstances is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
10.3 We do not guarantee any specific search engine rankings, visitor numbers or business results from the use of our services.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or intentional misconduct.
Any services not included in the original package are subject to separate agreement and pricing.
D&L Project56 EOOD shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet outages, government actions or technical failures of third-party infrastructure.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable EU regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation in the first instance, and thereafter through the competent courts of Bulgaria.
D&L Project56 EOOD reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version will always be published on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
